Bug Zero was founded in Springfield in 1990 by Ivan Eftink. The company has experienced tremendous growth through the years, a direct result of our commitment to quality and value. Client demand stretched our original service radius into Arkansas, Kansas, and east to Rolla and West Plains. In order to maintain our standards of customer service and timely response, Bug Zero established a second headquarters in Southeast Missouri in 2010.

New for 2011, Bug Zero has two full time entomologists on staff! Ivan Eftink and Michael Woodring received Associated Certified Entomologist accreditation from the Entomological Society of America. Candidates for A.C.E. accreditation must demonstrate knowledge of a broad range of insects, rodents, and spiders. Their studies and examinations covered such topics as pest biology & identification, mode of action of control products, non-chemical control options, and laws regulating the pest control industry.

Bug Zero provides extermination services that cover a wide spectrum of clients including residential, commercial and industrial.
